Lady Saint: See you soon in perfect alignment (mind, body and spirit). Hey Missy ... next itinerary should be at my end here. Para-para-paradise ... a holidayer's delight! Oodles of seagulls to feed (lots of chips available by the esplanade; oh, and few tamed pelicans would definitely be at bay ... Howzat? Come on down!).
PJ: Haha! By the time Nichole is back, she's gonna have a hell of a time tuning in to your splattered mantra (before or after SYBD?): WOW! ... I feel good!

St_Nick | I was in galveston TEXas at the gulf of Mexico. Meditation with natural ocean waves and seaguls was the best.
i fed the seaguls also. they like bread, seafood and french fries but they don't like veggies ;) i will see you all on monday |

so2u | Good for you Coco That tea has a way of slowing you down and then you can take very deep breaths. Next thing you know you are SYBD. I'm out of town for a day, but I'll be back and shall SYBD while I'm in the mountains... so2u |
Coco | I have gone bnack to my tea break stillness This is the easiest for me. I tried doing it in the mornings, but somedays work get in the way or something. Tea time works best for me. I love it too J and So2U |

so2u | Under an ancient tree It is so wonderful to be able to go outside again... this morning I sat near a Heritage OAK (500 years or older) to SYBD, the sounds of all the birds and the wonder of the trees filled my senses with such Peace... It is nice to slow down again. |
