Creating a daily action plan

Just finished the reading and exercises for Day 9, about goal setting - or taking action steps towards creating results.  Then, happened upon Charlotte's blog entry about her action plan for coming out of depression.  Both have motivated me to create my own 'small steps' action plan for getting out of my lazy rut and moving forward.   Like Coach says it's not the long-term huge 'instant star' results that are as important as the daily actions you take towards the long-term results.  So today I'm creating my own small steps action plan for doing what I need to do today and leave it at that instead of worrying about the long-term overwhelming results I want to achieve that then leave me stuck in my lazy rut.  Thanks to both Coach and Charlotte for giving me a 'aha' moment!

Later you'll have a Tool in the tool room to help you do those small steps plans, too. It's my favorite Tool I think. But for now you got inspired to create a way for yourself.

Way to go! Way to go!

Glad to hear you're feeling motivated!

Me too!
