Back to basics

I''ve been thinking of going back to day one for a while as, because of health and other problems, I have just not been able to put in the effort to make Tools work. Not only was I not giving the program a fair chance but  I was also cheating  myself of the benefits I could have been receiving.

I feel relieved that I've made a decision. Whether or not starting over was a good idea  is not important. It's what I do now which counts.

imperfect progress

That happens because as you go forward sometimes people realize they need the skills and change they may have skimmed past...so they go back. You can go back while keeping your Day and all your work...try it out. You can review any days you want, and you can also choose to start completely over with a clean slate. I think people deserve to keep the days and the work they have achieved...but how you start over is totally up to you. Just don't sell yourself short. I have seen you do a lot of good work. Change doesn't have to be perfect. Just get back on the bicycle and recommit to yourself and your future.

2 up 1 back

Hi.. sometimes we can fly thru and sometimes we hit the tree.. nothing wrong with taking 2 steps up and one back.. keep doing that and  you get to your goal.. we all still live our lives, have our responsibilities and heck, there are always bumps in the road.. just take the bump and make it an opportunity, turn it around to a positive.. and brush yourself off, and forge ahead!! You can do it..because you have all of us cheering for you!!

You're not alone You're not alone

Good Luck!

I had to go back to Day One as well, I now I'm much further on and more consistent than I was the first time around!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it!

Right decision

I'm happy with my decision and am on my way again. It's encouraging to know that other people have started again and are successful.
